I’m excited when Crysis comes to iPhone, but it’s so graphically intense you can only play it for 10 minutes before the battery dies.

I’d opt for something so big it would take me years to find everything and do everything in different ways, so I’ll take Fallout 3: GOTY, or maybe some other Bethesda mega-RPG. In Oblivion alone I spent around 200 hours between two characters, and that was just for the main quest.

Kevin Pabst commented on the blog post 3DS vs PS Vita: Which one will you buy? 9 months, 1 week ago · View
I gotta go for the Vita, though I’m sure I’ll eventually give in and get some form of the 3DS, just not the current one. I let my DSLite sit for about eight months, picked it up, and it still worked great. The 3DS’ battery problems are well documented. As Nintendo is always saying, their [...]

Sometimes, it feels fruitless to complain about things on forums, and it usually is. In the case of the Medal of Honor beta though, DICE has tweaked and twisted tons of things. A huge list of changes was posted by community manager for EA Matthew Pruitt, seen partially below with only the essential details. Improved Hit Detection: We [...] -

Through the independent funding website Kickstarter a project for Babycastles, an indie-game arcade in Manhattan, has begun. Their plan is to raise at least $6,000 by October 3rd, 2010. If they meet their goal they’ll lease 217 East 42nd Street next to Grand Central Station ( seen in a video here ) from October 4th, 2010 to December [...] -

A sequel of sorts for DeathSpank, DeathSpank: Thongs of Virtue has been announced for XBLA and PSN. Set in the North Pole with new enemies, humor, loots, and all the rest you’d expect in an expansion pack. In addition to the regular DeathSpank’s Sparkles the Wizard as a coop partner, Steve the Ninja will be there [...] -

Amazon.com previously sold entire XBL titles, including XBLA and Games On Demand, on their website without users having to juggle Microsoft Points. Recently, Amazon has removed the XBL/GOD section from their site. It was a nifty feature that let you buy things through Amazon, which spit out a code you’d feed to XBL to download the game. [...] -

A sample of what LittleBigPlanet 2 is capable of was posted on MediaMolecule’s official blog, and it’s big. Circulated around MediaMolecule in an internal e-mail, programmer ChrisC has essentially created a tiny, virtual computer using LBP2′s logic tools. You can see it below. He describes the above image and how it works:
“That’s an 8 bit parallel [...]

Announced at Behemoth’s blog is the solid, and soon, date of August 31st, 2010 for Castle Crashes to hit PSN. It was announced last month that a PSN version was on the way, but this is the first time a solid date has come out. Almost exactly two years later from the August 22nd, 2008 release of Castle [...] -

Vanquish, the totally weird and totally Japanese third-person shooter, will be getting a demo on September 2nd for both the 360 and the PS3, on XBL and PSN respectively. This was fished from a Google-translated interview at Gamespot Japan with Inaba Atsushi, producer at Platinum Games. It’s a little fuzzy and Engrish-y, but a few details are there, [...] -

Posted over at the Gaijin Games blog was the announcement that the fifth installment in the WiiWare Bit.Trip series will be Bit.Trip Fate. Fate sure is popular this year… No release date besides this fall was given, with WiiWare as the only platform. Using the previous games as a precedent, I’d expect Fate to cost around $10. If you haven’t [...] -

FEAR 3/F.3.A.R./F.E.A.R. 3 have all been delayed. No reason has been given for the delay by Day 1 Studios, developer of FEAR 3. Day 1 Studios isn’t the original developer of the FEAR series. The first game was developed by Monolith Productions and later ported to the PS3/360 by Day 1 not very well. After FEAR 1 there [...] -

It was announced a while ago that Super Scribblenauts was coming, and I’ve heard that it would be full of adjectives and the trailer below shows it all in action. Pretty, isn’t it? To me, and many people, the best part of the first Scribblenauts was just playing around with what you could make, since solving most puzzles [...] -
