Excellent review. I’m tempted to ask for further spoilers, but probably shouldn’t. Not sure what to think of the relatively short game length. It’s not necessarily a bad thing (all four of RE2′s game paths could be finished in that time), but with the cost of games these days this is in no way a [...]

Wot no Lovecraft? I think a big part of the game’s appeal for a lot of gamers was the manner in which it repacked the cliches of Lovecraft’s writing in a rather less racist/sexist package.
